Water Resources Minister Sam Sipepa Nkomo announced that government had taken over the ambitious Matabeleland Zambezi Water Project from a Trust led by ZAPU leader Dumiso Dabengwa. This week Lance speaks to Minister Nkomo and asks why they made that decision? Dabengwa meanwhile fired back saying the Trust had not been consulted and that the initiative was a people’s project and should not be politicized. Lance asks Nkomo to respond to Dabengwa’s comments.
